So I decided I am not torturing myself with impossible resolutions this year, why punish myself like that. Every year we draw up these hard resolutions, statements that are not even detailed, they are just blunt and huge, and extremly HARD to accomplish. In the end we are left with disappointment and sadness.
This year I am setting small goals for each month and I wanted to share them with you to see if it inspires you to do the same and of course you can share them with me in the comment section, we can support and motivate each other.
